1. How to order, step by step:

Register and you will be able to enjoy our registered members special prices.

Registering is easy. Fil out the required data form (NAME, ADDRESS, E-MAIL).
Once registered you will be placing your order with the discounted prices.

Shipping charges will calculate automatically. Please do not forget to check our shipping charges section in order to choose the best option and save postage.
The shipping cost for all items is based on the item's size, weight, and delivery address. We calculate the estimated shipping cost with our lowest-price shipping method. You will see your actual shipping cost during checkout.

2. Find our products:

You can easily browse our website by typing on the searh engine; musicians, album title, label or by our product number. All results will be ordered alphabetically.


3. Shipping:

Orders will ship within 48-hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day.

Please note that when your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation verifying receipt of your order. If you do not receive this document, this means that the order has not been validated.

Jazz Messengers is not responsable if any parcel delivered to your local Post Office is not claimed or picked up by the customer. Please make sure that you are capable of picking the goods in a reasonable time.

Jazz Messengers is not responsible of customs policies of Non European Union countries. As an international customer, your package may be subject to duties when it arrives in your country. Unfortunately, we have no way of predicting these charges, as they differ from country to country. These charges are a matter between you and your government, and you are responsible for them, since you are a citizen of your country, and are importing the goods yourself. Further information on this matter may be attained from your local customs office.


4- Availability of ítems:

Jazz Messengers guarantees that most of the ítems are available at the time of your purchase. Even though some ítems may appear as available, it could rarely happen that we have ran out of sotck of a particular item. In this case, since your credit card is charged immediately upon completion of the checkout process, will refund the full amount charged to your credit card for this item within 24 hours of your order. You will receive an email containing the details of the item not delivered and indicating the amount of the refund. You will be reimbursed also for the shipping charges only for per-item shipping fee.


5. Prices:

Prices of the products in our website are subject to changes. Valid prices are the ones showed at our website at the moment of purchase. Registered members enjoy discounts on every product in our website. Make sure you register and login in order to enjoy the price reductions.


6. Returns:

We do not accept returns except for products that are defective. Please see our Terms of Use section for more information.
