The music features Gerry Mulligan along with other stars like Art Farmer, Bud Shank & Frank Rosolino, as well as Mandel's orchestra including such figures as Rosolino himself, Jack Sheldon & Joe Maini. Three small group songs from thelater movie soundtrack featuring Mulligan, Sheldon and Art Pepper have been added as a bonus tracks.
