This release presents Ben Webster's only recorded collaboration with organist Richard “Groove” Holmes, the long unavailable "Groove" (Pacific Jazz ST-23), including all other existing tunes from the session. The group also featured the great Les McCann on piano. Rarely heard sessions with Ben Webster as the only horn backing vocalists Clarence “Big” Miller and Kay Starr, recorded during the same period, have been added as a bonus.
