What does concept of "lyricism" have to do with spontaneously created music or free jazz? — No notated composition, no predetermined structure, no agreements on tempo, no solo order. The answers are on Heptagon. The instigator here is a new drummer Bobby Kapp who played on Gato Barbieri's debut album in 1967. Ivo says: "He's very sensitive to time and space. He is dancing at the drum kit... I feel like playing with giants here."
