This release presents a complete never before herad live performance by the legendary George Adams - Don Pullen Quartet, featuring Mingus' celebrated drummer Dannie Richmond and bassist Cameron Brown. The show presents two rarely heard Adams compositions, as well as the quartet's first issued reading of Charles Mingu's "Duke Ellington's Sound of Love" ( a few other versions were recorded at different concerts but remain unissued)
