This release presents the first sessions ever by the legendary George Adams - Don Pullen Quartet. The two musicians had already been playing together with the Charles Mingus group for two years when these dates were recorded in Rome, Italy, in 1975 and originally issued on two different LPs. These were the only sessions by this formation of the quartet with David Williams on bass. All of this music appears here on
CD for the first time ever.
