Saxophonist Doug Webb gets back to work on his latest release "Swing Shift." With a program of originals and a few familiar melodies, the album also showcases strong showings by bassist extraordinaire Stanley Clarke and drummer Gerry Gibbs, who really keep the session in the pocket.
