This release presents the Frank Sinatra album "Sinatra Sings Great Songs from Great Britain" (Reprise R-1006), which features The Voice interpreting British ballads in London backed by the Robert Farnon orchestra (right after a successful series of concerts given in that city). It was the only studio album he ever recorded outside America. As a bonus the complete LP "No One Cares" (Capitol ST-1221), showcasing Sinatra in the company of Gordon Jenkins’ and Nelson Riddle’s bands. An earlier version of “If I Had You”, featured on the first album, has been included as an additional bonus.
