This release presents the great Julie London’s complete 1955-1962 singles, compiled here for the first time ever on a single set. Among them are some of her best-known songs, such as the hits “Cry Me a River” (No. 9 on Bthe US & No. 22 on the UK charts) and “Desafinado” (No.110 on the US charts), as well as plenty of obscure tunes Bthat were never issued on any of her LPs.

Her four debut sides for the Bethlehem label, originally issued on a compilation album, and the LP version of “Meaning of the Blues” (a different take from the one chosen for the single), have been added here as a bonus, along with a true rarity: London’s only existing reading of Cole Porter’s “Night and Day”, which only Bappeared in 1962 on an out of print Italian compilation album titled "To Her Fans" (Liberty LBY 1062-Q), and is presented here on CD for the first time ever.
