This quintessential LP edition presents Dion’s magnificent third solo album, Lovers Who Wander, originally released on the Laurie label in 1962, and long unavailable on vinyl. The long play includes the title-song hit plus other smashes, such as the brilliantly sung “(I Was) Born to Cry,” “Sandy,” the sensitive “Little Diane,” and interesting covers of Lloyd Price’s “Stagger Lee,” Hank Ballard’s “The Twist,” and The Isley Brothers’ “Shout”. Dion’s highly original jazz-inflected vocals are outstanding throughout this LP.

In addition to the original masterpiece, this WaxTime collector’s item contains 2 bonus tracks recorded during that same period but not included on the album: Bobby Darin’s “Dream Lover” and the great “I’m Gonna Make It Somehow.”
