Originally released in 1978 on Atlantic, this recording features pianist "Hootie" Jay McShann backed by Paul Quinichette and Buddy Tate on tenor sax, Joe Newman on trumpet, John Scofield on guitar, Milt Hinton on bass, and Jackie Williams on drums.
