Poland's vibrant jazz scene gives rise to another hugely interesting album here from the fast rising Immortal Onion.

Not only does the band have a superb name, but a superb sound, too. This reoccur is embellished with guests appearances from Ola Szymanska on violin and Weronika Kulpa on cello as well as a rich brass section with David Lipka on trumpet and Pawet Niewiadomski on trombone. It is a fresh and thrilling collection of tunes that swell and contract with great drama and widely fused sounds that range from the tender to the tumultuous.
