Wau Wau Collectif

Following the warm reception afforded to Wau Wau Collectif’s incredible first album, 2021’s ‘Yaral Sa Doom’, the project delivers an even more ambitious collection in the form of ‘Mariage’.

Again a product of Senegalese musicians under the direction of Swedish artist Karl Jonas Winqvist, it’s a stylistic melting pot of concrete-hard beats, funky guitars and pop, with local instruments performed with flourishes from immensely talented artists.
