Wonderful sounds from a group who begin as a one-man affair, but who definitely come across with the depth of a jazz group as well!

Aziz Mustafa is at the core – handling piano, bass, and keyboards, plus some of the rhythms – yet each cut on the set has live instrumentation as well – including guest flute on one track from Chip Wickham, and more sax and flute work from Tamar Osborn – alongside other musicians providing plenty of live instrumentation that really keeps things fresh and organic!

This is hardly one of those "beats with jazz solos" records, as the approach here comes across very differently – on titles that include "Amber's Garden", "Tom's Tumbao", "Hoodi's Notes", "Konus Konsuma", "Locked Up", and "Rendez Rio".
