24 BIT DIGITALLY REMASTERED

2 LPs ON 1 CD + 1 BONUS TRACK

This edition presents two amazing quartet albums featuring Roland Kirk and Roy Haynes. Haynes plays on half of Kirk’s LP Domino (Mercury SR60748), while the saxophonist is heard throughout Haynes’ entire album Out of the Afternoon (Impulse AS-23). These were the first two recorded collaborations between Kirk and Haynes, who would collaborate on two more albums in 1968 and 1976. An alternate version of “Domino”, the title track of the first LP, with Haynes on drums instead of Henry Duncan, has been added as a bonus.
