One of the most animated personalities of the golden years of the Big Band era was Tony Pastor. These two albums (originally released on 10") are two of his most popular. Bonus tracks (there are eight!) include charting singles from 1947 like "Red Silk Stockings," "Green Perfume" and "I Wonder, I Wonder, I Wonder." One of Rosemary Clooney's first solo vocal performances, "You Started Something," was a Top 20 single in 1948.
