and trumpet virtuosos Dizzy Gillespie
and Bobby Hackett.
Recorded at the Press Club in New York on January 31, 1971, the band performs an array of classic standards with wit and grace.
Veteran bassist George Duvivier and drummer Grady Tate round out this enigmatic group.
This edition also boasts two extended bonus tracks of Dizzy Gillespie and Roy Eldridge recorded at Berlin's Sportpalast on February 10, 1955.
