INCLUDES 3 BONUS TRACKS
This release contains the complete 1955 Quebec jam session, recorded by Brownie himself during a trip to Canada. In addition to the legendary trumpeter, the concert also featured trombonist Rob McConnell, who was only 20-years old at the Mtime, and would later become the leader of the Boss Brass formation. As a bonus, three also previously unissued live sessions by Brownie in his morefamiliar surroundings with Max Roach. Brownie plays amazing solos on all of these tunes, many of which he would never record again.
