Walkin' was a true hit at the time of its release and a clear indicator of the talent of Miles Davis. This CD contains the original album in its entirety plus a version of I'll Remember April that completes the second session. As a bonus, this release includes additional studio recordings of Miles with J.J. Johnson (his co-leader on Walkin' and Blue n' Boogie) recorded a couple of years early and a rare live quartet version of Walkin'
