In addition to the aforementioned set, two other sessions recorded by Woods in 1957 as bonus tracks. The session’s material consists of one standard tune and two originalcompositions, the first by Woods and the second by Salvador. The other session features Woods as a member of a sextet directed by pianist Nat Pierce, which also includes trumpeter Burt Collins, and an exceptional rhythm section featuring Barry Galbraith. The band recorded two standards and two originals by Pierce.
