Alexander Von Schlippenbach

These recordings, from October 2015 in Warsaw make a great all-around representation of this superb trio as it is right now. The free improvisations develop material which has been crystalized over the years. You can see that there’s no agreed plan in advance but everything improvised and they played continuously, without planned breaks.
