The comeback from legendary philly guitarist Monnette Sudler on Parisian Jazz hub, Heavenly Sweetness. Four year after her acclaimed album in the « Philly Jazz » serie, Monnette recorded in Paris with top parisian musicians (John Betsch, Peter Giron, David Neerman…). Monnette bring the listener to a journey in « great black music » from the cover of classic such Infant Eyes, Use me (Bill Withers) to her folk - jazz composition, with sometimes an african vibes. A radiant and sensitive album.
