The May 29, 1965 concert marks the final performance of the finest piano trio in jazz history, featuring pianist Oscar Peterson, bassist Ray Brown and drummer Ed Thigpen. The quartet performed eight outstanding tracks, which included five modern jazz standards and three original Peterson compositions - The Smudge, Lovers Promenade and Children’s Tune.

This edition also includes the outstanding London, October 1, 1964 concert featuring the trio in full swing on five modern jazz standards and four more Peterson compositions including: Hallelujah Time, Place St. Henri, Nightingale and Reunion Blues.
