This release includes Lewis' complete Paris, December 4 & 7, 1956 quintet sessions with guitarist Sacha Distel, tenor saxophonist Barney Wilen, bassists Percy Heath (Dec. 4) and Pierre Michelot (Dec. 7), and drummers Kenny Clarke (Dec. 4) and Connie Kay (Dec.7).
