This release presents all existing collaborative recordings by tenor saxophonist Gene Ammons and organist Brother Jack McDuff. They consist of the complete original LPs, "Twisting the Jug" (Prestige ST7238), "Soul Summit" (Prestige ST7234), and %Brother Jack Meets The Boss" (Prestige ST7228). All instrumental sides from a 1962 Gene Ammons session, recorded in a quartet format, have been added here as a bonus.
