He recorded some of the most iconic songs and sounds ever heard, and was the originator who inspired legions to pursue music, blurred racial lines, and sent America into an uproar over his mix of church music, R&B beats, blaring vocals, and New Orleans-fired boogie-woogie. This quintessential collector’s edition contains two of Richard’s finest albums from his glory years: The Fabulous Little Richard (1959), and the long unavailable It’s Real (1961), where he presented religious material accompanied by Quincy Jones and his orchestra. These two magnificent LPs have been remastered and packaged together in this very special collector’s edition, which also includes 4 bonus tracks.
