This is the recording of a concert given by cantaora Rocío Márquez and pianist Rosa Torres-Pardo at the Fundación Juan March on November 28, 2014. They present a selection of classical Spanish works interspersed with music from the folk tradition. The duo of flamenco singer and classical pianist interweaves works by de Falla, Granados and Albéniz with Spanish folk songs.
