Norwegian singer Inger Marie Gundersen (known only as "Inger Marie" in much of the world) is done with "Five Minutes" - her first album in five years (and a pandemic). The album was produced by Espen Lind, the Norwegian legend who has worked with artists such as Taylor Swift and Beyoncé, in addition to careers as a multi-instrumentalist, composer and television personality in his native Norway.

Inger Marie and Espen Lind jointly selected the material for the recording and agreed on nine songs, or as Inger Marie describes them, "nine little stories about big things." As always, the songs were chosen to fit her unique sound and vision. Her stunning voice is part of her appeal - Gundersen has her own unique sound. Warm, gritty and sincere, and her sensitive approach and imaginative arrangements allow her to bring new meaning to even the most familiar songs and lyrics.
