Merope

Released in 2018, ‘Naktes’ is the third studio album from Lithuanian band Merope. A collection of exquisite chamber pop, interpreting traditional Lithuanian folk melodies and capped off by the sublime vocals of Indre Jurgeleviciute, it’s inspired by “the atmosphere of the night” and bears a distinctly nocturnal intimacy.
