This Hoodoo Records edition presents The Everly Brothers’ complete sixth album, Both Sides of an Evening. Originally released by Warner Bros. in September 1961, it is one of the duo’s finest lost treasures. These splendid recordings feature a virtual who’s who of fabulous musicians from the Nashville scene, such as Chet Atkins, Harold Bradley, Walter Haynes, Lightnin Chance, Marvin Hughes, and Buddy Harman, among others. In addition to the original LP, this remastered collector’s edition also contains 10 bonus tracks, including a bunch of singles from the same recording period.
