Although she would become famous as an actress for her appearances both on Broadway and in numerous films, Tina Louise is now best remembered for her role as movie star Ginger Grant in the CBS television situation comedy Gilligan’s Island, as well as for appearing on several feature films with such leading men as Robert Taylor and Richard Widmark.

It’s Time for Tina, a very sought-after vinyl by jazz record collectors, marks her first and only album as a singer, and features her backed by a wonderful jazz band including the stellar tenor sax great Coleman Hawkins.
