INCLUDES 1 BONUS TRACK
"Instant Brubeck" (Harmony HS-11253) was a reissue with a different cover of Brubeck Time, an album which celebrated Brubeck’s appearance on the cover of the homonymous magazine. This session represented one of Brubeck’s first true studio albums, as nearly all of his previous recordings had been taped live on location at universities and clubs. A live version of “Jeepers Creepers”, one of the songs from the album, recorded at Birdland in 1951, has been added as a bonus.
